I feel like I've been neglecting Christmas cards but here I am with another entry for Crafty Hazel Nuts Christmas challenge which this week is "Ribbons and bows".
I cut out a Christmas tree shape and wrapped it with two coordinating Docrafts Grosgrain ribbons, adding a gold star to the top. I wanted to keep the background relatively simple to make the tree stand out...think it works!
I also be entering this in the Hazel's monthly challenge (anything goes) which can be found here.
I've got a few cards to make in the next day or two (lucky for me to have five days off work!) but the one I'm so dreading is a 50th birthday card for a fellow (excellent!) cardmaker. I have so little faith in me....just haven't a clue what to do! get to it!
